“For she is between stories; the story she’s been telling herself about who she is is at an end; she has no idea what the next story might be. She travels empty-handed; she leaves the ‘things of the world’ behind her.
It is reminiscent of a pilgrimage, and for sure the true Heroine’s Journey resembles a pilgrimage more than an adventure.”
~ Sharon Blackie (“If Women Rose Rooted” 2019: p. 97)
Are you between stories?
Are you wanting to start exploring what the next one might be?
Being in the liminal space is not a comfortable place to be in. When we allow ourselves the possibility to be there for a while, however, to sit with the discomfort and explore its edges, the emerging possibilities become endless, exciting and life affirming. Especially when done in the company of kindred like-hearted soulful women, and with the support of the Expressive Arts as the playground to explore, express, be seen, heard and held as we move into our next Becoming.
Are you ready for that?
Do you long for community and deep authentic connection?
Do you crave sisterhood?
Do you long to connect more deeply with your Self and with like-hearted soulful women?
Have you lost yourself in the day-to-day grind or maybe you just want to create space in your life to create, relate and express authentically?
Maybe you’re just wanting to become more of who your soul came here to be, without your inner critic constantly nagging you to play small?
Or perhaps you just want to find deeper meaning for you life, and foster greater love for this being that you are?
If you resonate with any of these, then this women’s expressive arts circle might just be what you have been looking for.
A safe container for you to reconnect deeply with your inner wise and creative Self, and give yourself permission to express whatever needs to be seen, heard and held in a safe, creative, playful and healing way in a community of like-hearted soulful women.
There is within you a wellspring of creative energy and deep wisdom that longs to be reclaimed and expressed.
You hold the keys to your own liberation.
In this women’s expressive arts circle, you will be held and supported by me and a small group of intimate sisters all committed to supporting each other in finding the keys that will unlock the doors to their courageous heart and self-expression, to their wisdom, their sense of aliveness, and their unique genius and purpose!
You don’t need to walk this path alone. Let’s walk it together for a time. In sisterhood. Supported. Connected in conscious creative community.
This is an invitation to reclaim your creative potential, your ability to imagine your self, your life and the world in a new light, and reclaim your ability to speak, express and stand in your truth with confidence.
Together we will play with a number of modalities (e.g., rituals, guided visualizations, grounding meditations), and weave these together into the gently transformational and playful modality of the expressive arts, which weaves storytelling, journaling, visual arts, movement, music and so much more into a single session to allow for a deepening into our inner wisdom, and the wisdom of the collective consciousness.
You don’t need to be an artist to experience powerful and life-changing transformation and growth through this work.
Reconnecting with your wellspring of creativity and wisdom will open you to a world of possibilities you were not aware existed, allowing you to find meaning, purpose and self love in your own personal Heroine’s journey on this beautiful planet.
This 12-week online women’s expressive arts circle will open you to more self understanding, aliveness, joy, emotional resilience and peace. And it will connect you to a community of beautiful, soulful like-hearted women.
It’s time to shine the unique expression of you into the world.

Important Note:
This is not therapy, and is not meant to replace it. This women’s circle will not provide medical, mental health or any other type of health service. No diagnosis, treatment recommendations or advice regarding any medical or mental health condition or illness will be offered.
This women’s expressive arts circle cannot be a substitute for or alternative to treatment when a medical or mental health condition is present.
This women’s expressive arts circle is meant to be playful, creative, soulful, educational at times, and supportive in nature to assist expanded awareness and paths of permission to play, create and express, to belong, be seen and heard in creative expression. The circle will not engage in rendering psychological or healthcare advice for any particular individual or circumstance.
Women who choose to join this circle are advised and agree to seek professional services from licensed physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and health care professions, if and when necessary.
By joining this circle, women agree and acknowledge that I am not providing health care, medical care, or mental health care or advice, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition.
Who this is for
This circle is meant to be small and intimate to allow for every women’s creative and spontaneous self expression to flourish. As such, the circle will be limited to no more than 8 to 10 women, 12 at the very most.
This is for you if you understand the importance of being present to keep the integrity of the circle intact. Of course, life happens and absences are bound to be necessary. 🙂
The work we do together can be deep and profound, however it requires your commitment and willingness to go deep, and your unapologetic desire to show up authentically and willing to be present for yourself and your sisters.
As this is not group therapy, and I am not facilitating this circle in the role of a therapist or mental health professional, yet understanding that expressing through the arts can bring up emotional material, it is important that each woman who joins this circle understands this and agrees to ensuring their own physical, psychological and mental health and safety throughout the circle’s duration if and when necessary.
If you feel ready to dive in now, I invite you to complete the following application form to schedule a free 30-45 minute discovery call to explore whether this circle is a good fit for you, for me, and for the circle of sisters who will be traveling together on this journey of creative self discovery. ❤️
I respectfully acknowledge and offer gratitude to the Coast Salish peoples of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil Waututh), and sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nations on whose ancestral and stolen traditional lands I currently live, work, play, grow and study – named Vancouver by Settlers. I also wish to recognize and honour their incredible resilience and courage in the face of the continued systemic racism they are confronted with daily.
